You know there's something called international opinion, international outcry something that in a real democratic countries would put pressure to their government to either impose some measure of punitive action or to take action to help or whatever.
We live in an age where the national boundaries of nations diminish because society is now more educated, more connected, more informed to any other part of the world. This in effect makes each single of us no matter what our nationalities are, part of something bigger: the international citizens if you would like to call it where we consider our home 'planet earth' and we do care about other people living in other nations. That is called having empathy. We as human race are in the step of evolution where we do not consider our own tribes as our own environment thus to empathize only with them but we are starting to consider that we are actually the same as a human race i.e, we regard other people in other nations as being our equal bothers so we are starting to empathize even with peoples in other nations.
Mind your own business applies to a personal privacy but not to cases like this obviously.
