In an employer view,
It doesnt matter whether which university you went to. Because HR manager usually flip thru your qualification and skip to your work experience part.
some Master Degree Holder are like nerds, cant even do their work well.
HR manager is looking at your character and personalties.
There are few personalties that a successful person will possess,
- Hardworking
- Intelligent
- Good EQ
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Willing to learn everything (even the job is not yours)
- last but not least, most importantly (PERSISTENCE)
- LUCK
All the above will make u succeed in your life. If you do not have the above attributes, a normal 9 to 5 job will suit you!
Advice from me..hehe

So even if you're grad..can you survive here in SG??

It seriously depends on what you mean by surviving in SG
If you earn 3k a month and spend 4k a month, definitely cannot survive

- probably a BOOKWORM
- Doesnt know what it world like
- By the time they got their master degree, they should be ard at least 26 - 30
Bottom Line - OLD, INEXPERIENCED, BOOKWORM, NERD and OVER-RATED worker!
IBM CEO has no Master's Degree but there are many IBM employees with Master's degrees working in positions way below him.
Many CEOs in US companies don't have master's degrees.
