Semi annual chart shows that we are ranging, your July doomsday prediction did not include a record high in Oct. It corrected for a while before the next upswing attempt and that failed to break the high. Thereafter came your Nov prediction as market dipped. Now there is a mini downtrend and we are going into a range as the market takes precaution and some profit taking off record highs. I wouldn't constitute that as a crash.
Year Chart if you would like has the general uptrend still intact if you draw a channel, perhaps going into a range.
2 yr chart. Consolidation at this period of time as uncertainty looms. Not crashing.
Ditto for the 5 yr chart.
Getting really serious ? I can't tell, i don't have a crystal ball. Precaution urged but i won't go as far as to cut part of charts that are downtrend and paint a scenario that suits an argument.
I must add those were charts as of 9-Jan-2008 -

Andrew likes to pull charts out of context to show crashes. I'm sure I can find numerous charts between nov and now that would similarly show the market is at an all time healthy state. -

Actually, the best evidence that the market isn't crashing is the mere fact that I haven't been called back to the office on emergency yet=) -
Based on my predictions , the economic is gonna crash like bad. How bad u ask ? HELLA bad . Banks are gonna go bust , companies bankrupt , suicide rate will increase during that period , lots of people are gonna be claiming insurance and as the graphs will definately show a downward trend all the way down... its gonna take some time for it to recover. Based on my calculations , it will happen this century.
AS u can see.. its going down. You are an idiot if you do not notice a downward trend.
Whatever stocks or currencies you bought , u better sell. Then buy when the time is right ,and sell again when the time is right. Hopefully you will still profit and if not ,at least weather it through the hard economic crisis.
Actually , the cause... i cant tell. If they are powerful enough to play the world economy , God knows what they can do to me.
