      Was reading the Ng Kok Song interview with ST the other day. I must admit that I was very surprise the GIC wasnt caught in the subprime saga.

      Singaporeans should be proud of that.

      i heard GIC and Temasek holdings hedged away 60% of its portfolio's beta risks with stock index futures at the top.

      Then did you read about GIC selling their US positions when Dow was only 6000 points? They miss a hell lot of bull run.

      wow!!

      i also did not buy shares at that time. I remember that i spent nearly S$6K (which is a lot at that time) on a multi-media desktop computer. Now I realise how stupid i was. Laughing Laughing
