Just let them settle their own problem. We can say whatever we want. We too have our own "problems" but even that are unsolved till date so why bother in other's war.
True.
Tibet is part of China.
It is China's internal affairs.
As long as there is no wanton violence being commited there, no one has the right to interfere.
Free Tibet?
Free Palestine first than say lah.
USA killing and bombing Iraqis and Afghans don't make noise, want to make trouble with PRC over Tibet.
Ludicrous.
"True.

no wanton violence huh ? ....
I guess you really choose what you want to see ...
http://www.freetibet.org/press/kirtiphotos.html
you asked where were the pictures before .... are you now going to say that these are faked and propaganda ? ...
but hey ! ... since you said things like ...
"Don't like this China bashing nonsense.
China didn't invade any country and overthrow its government and throw its people to hell.
This type of dirty trick is useless." ...
I fail to understand why you put up posts in SC over "Singapore Police brutality" to a few SDP protesters ... but say that what's happening now in Tibet is her internal problems ? ....
stunning hyprocrisy ? ... confusion ? ... or just a curious blind bias towards China ?
A few dead bodies is not wanton violence.
Who started the riots?
Why no photos of Han people burned to death?
We must not be biased.

ah .... see .... what the Singapore police does is violence to you ... but a few dead bodies in tibet is ..... not ? ....
who started the protests in Singapore too then ? ... the SPF ? ...
you're starting to be really confused ...
pros and cons to have communist govt. Look at china, in a way they are better than PAP OK! They bother to take care of the nation by giving them pension and free transport for old people, do PAP do the same to us here? PAP treat us all as money sucking machines.
ah .... see .... what the Singapore police does is violence to you ... but a few dead bodies in tibet is ..... not ? ..
How many times must I repeat before you understand?
SDP is peaceful protest.
Tibetans is violent rioting.
Strange fellow you.

me strange fellow, or really you ? ...
first you said no wanton violence .... then I showed your pictures ...
then you said a few dead bodies does not constitute wanton violence ... but i pointed out that you thought the SPF hustling a few SDP protesters away in Singapore constitutes violence ....
now you're saying that "oh no ! ... they were violent, no China has no choice but to kill them " ? ....
you are twisting and turning at every turn ... but you still haven't addressed why you harbour such double standards .... why you were so vehement against the "police brutality" in Singapore ... but say, hey, they had to do it, in China ! .. a few dead bodies, doesn't matter ! ...

Basically, sinkaporeans are conservative and have been brainwashed by PAP about such thing so they can't accept even peaceful protest. Many are indeed happily living within the fence set by PAP. Sometimes I think some of them deserve the way of PAP.
Sometimes I think some of them deserve the way of PAP.
They have been misled.
Sg if prime example of being in a system of benevolent despotism. heh heh. Case study. Compare SG with China. =P
Categorically comparing.
first you said no wanton violence .... then I showed your pictures ...then you said a few dead bodies does not constitute wanton violence .
When I say wanton violence, I mean violence of this type:

Oh ... so now we've moved onto Africa now have we ?. ...
don't avoid the question by deflecting it to other regions, for the 13th time, I repeat, pointing fingers at other people for doing the same thing, doesn't absolve you of your own wrong doing ... saying " others are doing it too" is not a defence ... I'm asking you about your doubles standards here ... you're pissed off enough about Singapore Police Force's treatment of the SDP protesters, enough to put up several thread on this ....
and I quote you ...
"if Lee Kuan Yew dies, I wonder whether this disgraceful behaviour will end."
here's a link that you've put up .. alleging this "disgraceful behaviour "...
but when it comes to china .... ho ho ho ...
first, compare this, with the above link ....
http://www.freetibet.org/press/kirtiphotos.html
but then, you you go ...
"A few dead bodies is not wanton violence."
"Who started the riots?"
and
"It is China's internal affairs.
As long as there is no wanton violence being commited there, no one has the right to interfere"
and even before that ...
Don't like this China bashing nonsense.
China didn't invade any country and overthrow its government and throw its people to hell.
This type of dirty trick is useless.
first you gripe about what's being done to the SDP protesters when a few of them are manhandled by the police ... okie, fine ... admirable .... I may even support you on that one, if not for the miserable acting i saw on the videos .... then you now say, no, there's no violence against the protesters in tibet .... and that no one has the right to interfere ..... hello ... the tibetans are not protesting for the fun of it .... again ... double standards ? ... you got agitated when the SPF removes a few chaps away from the streets ... but you get agitated AGAINST others who speak out when tibetan protesters get killed ? ....
you seems to be rather selective in what you believe in, ... in what you agitate for ..... I think you're a very confused kid ... or maybe you just like to cut and paste and google ? ... or it is, like I said, racial chauvinism at work ? ...
Tired. ![]()

of course not ... not when journalists are banned from going anywhere near the troubles ... how convenient eh ... before you want to do any dirty deeds ... get the reporters away first ... rule number one of any totalitarian regime ....
ah...don't twist and turn with my words again. It is clear that over 10 civilians died in the riots recently but I question if you know how those people were killed? just because they are civilians does not mean they were killed by police. The way I see it, those who died of multiple wounds are likely to be killed by mobsters rather than police.

ah ... there you are ....
I was going to show you this .. http://www.freetibet.org/press/kirtiphotos.html
before you were asking for pictorial evidence ... asking how many got shot ...
I quote you, your words from page five ...
" the only guys who should get shots are people like you. what recent spate of killings by chiese security forces in tibet, did you see it? on TV or you were there?"
is that what you have to say to those pictures now ? ... that they were likely killed from mobsters rather than police ? ....
this must be a disturbing development ... I didn't know the " mobsters" were equipped with guns, to produce what looks like gunshot wounds ..... are you going to say the mobsters are starting an armed insurgency now ? ....
I'm waiting and hopping for more pictures to turn up .... but of course ... with the ban on journalists travelling to the area, and the news black out imposed by the chinese authorities, any news that gets release would have been "vetted" by the chinese authorities from now on .... which suits your tastes just fine i believe ....
it's alright, truth has an unusual tendency to prevail ... but unfortunately, reason does not ...
Can you produce pictures of han people being burned to death as well?
Otherwise too one sided.

ah yes ... I see you like reading the people's daily from china .... is that your daily rag ? ...
first i'd like to ask, if it's an action or a reaction ? ....
before you go any further ... you still haven't responded to your double standards and confusion above ... would you like me to reproduce it yet again ? ... before you go googling again ? ...
Learn how to type properly first, very hard to read.
Then why are u quoting from Free Tibet? It advocates independence for Tibet.
You could have at LEAST given a source that PRETENDED to be neutral.
The important thing in this debate is to type properly, so that people can understand what you are writing.
