Yet you have totally ignored the fact that there are already factories with enclosed buildings and using toxic chemicals too.</p> <p>If such factories have the technology and capability to handle these chemicals in Singapore, why can't 3M? And if 3M too has the know-how, why are you saying that there will be toxic fumes that the staff will breathe in, even before they built the plant?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It also seems like you don't know why there's a necessity for clean rooms in wafer fab, especially when you used the word "encourage".
