People have been giving views on government policies for years. Yet the States Times which has regularly held back critical views of people from publications in its forum page or news is now pretending that the government is interested in people's views on its policies.
What a hypocrisy to give such an impression to the public as if they do not know how to give views when the truth is such critical views were more often than not held back by the ST from its publication.
So now the government probably realizes that without engaging the people it will be plainly unsupported in whatever it is trying to do.
So to ask people now for views on government policies appears to be loss of face.
What to do? Tell more lies that people are apathetic and not interested to give feedbacks or views.
So we the people should simply tell the ST to stop the lies and stop being hypocrite and just say straight and honestly that "government now lrealizes its big mistakes and wishes to make amend by liberalizeing control of publications of criticisms of government policies"
This kind of honesty will be the first bold step towards getting people to air their truthful views and opinions candidly which will no doubt benefit the government and ST for true change.
Let Team A of States Times be bold enough to report such news truthfully through this website too its it main board and chairman and CEO for a change. It will not regret because repentance is good and it will cleanse the bad blood for real rebirth and redemption.
