      The sixth sigma scenario:  US central bank pumps a lot of money which has no effect on the markets ie US' domestic economy trades in foreign currency ie K-mart will not accept US dollars, only accepts payments in Euro, Chinese Yuan, Asian currencies etc. 

      The consequence is dire; chaos in world order.
