Personally I am against NS. But in the interests of fairness and equality, if one gender has to serve, the other should too, because to say that only men should serve implies that men's lives are cheaper than women's.
And if you have boobs, I'm sure they can tailor fit a combat uniform to your measurements ^^

Name me these countries, because most European armies have some form of conscription, and both UK and USA have had national service previously.I agree that in SG men go to NS against their will and its not fair. But there is a duty to be done, and someone has to do it. To be fair, everyone has to go, whether they're some tough guy or sissy boy. Would be nice of course if Singapore becomes a fully volunteer military. I would say thats the best ideal of course, if it was practical. But unfortunately... its not.
