    • Like Malaysia government, they had subsidy in their petrol.

WHy singapore cannot like Malaysia set a sum of money to subsidize.

The government take us for granted. We will show them small citizen power and give them warning the next ELECTION.

      What do you think?

    • If it is already subsidised. I suggest they should increase the amount of susidy more.

Make it a flat rate. Example $2 for all bus, feeder $1.

We the poor citizen of singapore,

Pledge ourself as one united beggars,

Regardless of MRT,  LRT or BUS,

to pay for a well organised network

base on our remunation and allowance

So as to acheive aims, budget and profit for our Monarchy.

    • Be grateful they dont try to be most expensive in Asia. There is nothing you can do if they try to be number 1.

According the a study by mercer, Singapore already has the second most expensive public transport after Tokyo.

      Average cost of bus/subway ride

      Tokyo ($2.80),Singapore ($1.27), Seoul ($1.06),Hong Kong $0.72,  Taipei ($0.63),

    • It's actually not a problem of price....

The problem is overcrowding during some period...or other inefficiencies, for instance waiting too long....

Cost is ok....no need to make an issue out of it....how much more can u save...?
