Do they teach what to do if you actually step on an anti-personel pressure mine?
What to do if you know that it would explode if you lift up your foot?
See this PLA spy in S.Korean uniform who stepped on one during the Korean war:

I had heard that our local guys designed anti-mine boots many years ago. How come SAF did not buy it to protect our troops?

You would not know it even if you have step onto a anti-personal mine, by the time you know it, you would have trigger it and blown !!! So there is nothing to teach you on what to do if you step on one !!! As it is too small and too sensitive - there is no way of disarming it.
Anti mine boots just try to mininise the damages to the foot, it is good for people to wear when they clearing mines, not for ordinary troops as it is too heavy.

From my limited knowledge, hollywood mines only blow up when lifting the weight off the mine, so can have more time for dramatic scenes and chance for the hero to escape. But a lot of real world mines would blow up once the trigger is pressed. No chance to be even aware of what had happened.

for anti personnel mines
old design - explodes when trigger is pressed - not effective as over 70% of explosive force is contained below ground + sharpnel blocked by soil - damage = taking out the leg of the guy triggering the mine + light wounds to those in 1.5m radius
newer design - mine triggered, when the foot is release from the mine, an explosive core hops to waist or head level then explodes - effective as explosion is above ground level + sharpnel is effectively released in all directions - damage = killing/seriously injuring all in 3-5m radius
