Maras the devil living along side our Buddha nature.
Living in our heart and mind.
Maras and Buddhas are a pair of twin bro.
Maras follow us like our shadow arranging our evil thought , action and speech.
While Buddhas try to correct all this mistake with his teaching.
How powerful is the force of maras ?
Infact as one step deeper into any spiritual practise.
Maras and Buddhas nature is just a hairline apart.
Most spiritual / energy / occult practioner have this common problem.
As their energy or so called power increased.
The nature force of maras greed come hand in hand.
When Buddha attain enligthenment , he did not want to share his learning.
He knew that the force of mara is there to go against it.
But a "higher being " come to encourange Buddha to spread his teaching.
Here i would like to relate one of my personal encounter with Maras.
As usual i start my meditation session early in the wee hour.
I could feel the energy of Maras building up the last few days distracting me.
Stiring up alot of negative energy.
My body is sick and my family members is also falling sick for the past few day.
While sitting in my meditation.
Suddenly the crystal ball on my altar fly down.
This created more doubt and fear in my praticse.
I undertstand this is all the creation of Maras.
Fighting my doubt and fear in my meditation.
My house phone rings..it is 5am and i knew no one will call at this moment.
But i carry on to stay concentrate in my meditation.
After this session end.
I find even more peace and insight in my heart and mind.
I knew maras will always stand outside the Buddha Mansion of Chinnabunchorn.
Waiting for a time to attack during my weakest moment.
Thanks to my mentor and also to Sir Archan Tan for insisting me to learn Chinnabunchorn.

the route of cultivation is bumpy...
many hv a wrong thinking that cultivation needs to be fre of all worries 1st then can start..
its a very wrong view...cultivation is also part of solving life problems....
ur mental problems,emotion problem and physical problem are all topics u need to be touch on during cultivation...
the odds involve in cultivation include so call maras, ur past life debtors, ur own believe, own assuptions , selfish views....
dun see odds as odds.....see the odds as ur mentor.... the more mentor u hv the better cultivation ur will archieve.....

we all hv 1 common problem... thats is jumping into conclusion... and self denial....
we see and believe wat we see
we hear and believe wat we hear
we smell and believe wat we smell..
but many times...we see wrongly , hear wrongly and smell wrongly..
our senses sent signals to our brain to derive wat we hv conclued..
but many times.. we never sent them to the QC dept....with is our real self...aka ling...

cultivation is actually a very contradicting thing...
many cultivate becos they tot cultivation will improve their life...this is only half true...
becos in the initial period of of cultivation, a cultivator will face double the proble of a normal person...
reason becos, ur karmic debtors will resist! n start to sprout problems in ur life to stop u from cultivation n drop the ideal...
its takes a lot alot alot of persistant and courage to go on... the battle is tough...
cultivation is tough....it will reveal ur dark side...it will turn a;; ur dark side to becom ur mentor.....n they r very very strict mentors....no lee ways...

xiu xing bu yao ni chong ming....zhi yao ni qing...
meaning..cultivation dun need u to be smart,....jus want u to be hard working...
normally a perosn who think tooooo much or wonder toooooo much...exp most maras attack..
