Illision Ghost haunting me.....

after seening my grandpa ghost when im 5 or 6 yes old , i often indulge in watching ghost during a time ... but when i went to sec 1 , i could often feel ghost presence near me ... n i could EVEN SEE THEM ... i would cry everytime ... n i told my dad abt it , but HE DUN BELIEVE IN GHOST !!!!
i cant believe it .. but im EXTREMELY SCARED of it... i dun even dare watch ghost shows n movie because i would have nitemare for 1 weeks ...
i seek help n hope to cure it but the illsion existed ... i dun even dare to sleep alone n dun dare to bath at nite... my mom tried some ways but it still cant work ... help !

I have this problem too when i was in upper primary till secondary school. Whenever i bathe and close my eyes i would imagine that something is behind me, feel very insecure. I couldn't solve it but outgrow it in a way. Maybe you can try talking or singing out loud to relieve your tensions. Even throwing your temper to empty space can help.

How come you are afraid of ghost?? If it was your own grandfather, you should be delighted to see him again. This too reminded of many stories I heard and seemed to be interesting for more investigation. Its a job that most parapsychologists would love to unrevel it. Its like being in the no man's land and you have to decide whether to face it like a strong individual and try to frighten the ghosts instead.
I often come across such stories and whether it is true or false, only you know it. I cannot mentioned anything that may indulge you to the land of the dead but it is up to you to investigate further pertaining to your third eye capabilities to see ghosts and sense their presence near you. After you have known more about them, then probably you will not be afraid of them anymore.
So take good care of yourself and whatever that is near you, please think of them as innocuous and often they loved you too because you had loved them too while they were alive.

well. i was the same as u when i was in primary sch. coz, if u scared, the more the ghost want to haunt u. so dun be scared, braced up as for closing eyes when sleeping, i sometimes get nitemares too. i close my eyes and think of the BLUE SKY, then fall asleep liao. its effective for me, maybe u cant try it!

well if u can feel / see spirits then your spiritual level is low
its like radio frequency

i used to dream wierd things and see things too. actually i didn't see anything. i only saw a statue cried. dreamt a ghost kid was chasing me, and my mum couldn't see and help me, i was running around my mum, jumping on my bed and stuff.

I'm not a permanent member of Spi. I just joined them to see what they feel like when I am with them (LOL).
Yes, science is not the only way to explain things about the spiritual world. There are many cases whereby people really see and met ghosts but it is that person's personal experience and not other people experiences. So, only you will know it and maybe reading a little bit about scientist's reports pertaining to their investigations about the spiritual world would help you to understand more about your own experiences.
Are you afraid of ghosts or the unknown??

If you wish to see your deceased god-daddy again, why not feel him within your heart. You remember him in your heart and then you will remember his spoken words to you while he was still alive, and then in your mind you could see him again, smiling at you.
That is one way to see him.
