life is not always about being ethical
i'm not saying i'm not ethical
but there are times u forgo your ethics or so-called 'social ethics'
wat makes ethics? people's own popular beliefs. sometimes these things will change. lets say for exmaple sex. last time there were so much ethical taboo but now there's nothing bad about it.

its ok for you to drop off ethics to pursue something bigger. you just have to bear the consequences. and sometimes bearing such shi.t is ok when you achieved something for yourself

Yes, a person can love another even if he / she is attached.

To me, it's still considered 'ethical' if no action is taken. Only not so if actions are taken.

Then again... Ethics often don't mean much to me....?

yes. love transcends all barriers and boundaries, so it doesn't matter if the latter is attached, you can still love him. love can be blatant and outright, or it can be unshared n unspoken. the most genuine form of love is that which is pure and unselfish -- its perfectly ok to love so as long as your love doesn't spell negative consequences for the parties involved.

if my expression of love cld lead to a plausible breakup between the one i love n his gf, i wld adopt a policy of silence by not expressing my love.

That's what happened to me.. a girl says he will wait for my bf forever and messaged "I love you", "I miss you" messages and ask him out nearly everyday for the past one year.

If someone were to do this to me, I will be so touched. Esp in times of cold war, quarrels... Much so for a guy..

If you think that u can make him happier than his current gf/ or that both of you are more compatible, then go ahead.

If not, wait for the next better guy to come along.. Ni Hai Nian Qing.. Smile
