How to be Responsible?

  how u know u super irresponsible in the 1st place?

  1. Give yourself a time line on what has to be completed by when.
  2. Update your superiors on the progress
  3. Go back to them if you have a problem that you don't know how to solve. At least they know what you are doing and won't think you are skiving on the job.
  4. Finish up a job so that it won't pile up and makes it difficult to trace back.

  2. eh, not doin that... but would give them an email everytime i complete a significant part.
