Yet, he complained a lot 2 others abt his ex not spending time 2gether.
He was very busy with his work last time...and claimed that both of them met at least twice a week. Yet, he still complained to others that both of them never met up frequently enuff when they are into their 5th year. (FYI they had met up almost everyday when they are into 1st and 2nd year!
)
For us, we had just passed our 1st year and yet he never ever once complained about not meeting us enuff (twice a week) althou he is as busy as before. I am the one doing the most complaining dat we aren't meeting up as much as i would love too. <_<

Why should you be bothered? I would assume that he is more mature now and can handle relationships better.

so? stop trying to kick up a fuss over such things. just ask him out and demand his attention then. is it really a big deal that he never complains? stop comparing his past and his present; it's hurtful and insensitive.

meet twice a week good enuff lah. lots of personal space. or perhaps you're the clingy type?? if you dun like his attitude, tell him straight in the face loh. you know how guys can't see a hint even if it's slapping them in the face...

Why compare?
Perhaps because of his previous relationship, he is getting use to the "busy so cannot meet" lifestyle. Your guy might be really busy with his work now as compare to the past, so try not to compare now and the past.
Since you said you complain most of the time, what is his response? -

Is there anything wrong with a guy learning from his mistakes & Not wanting to repeat them because he's afraid of losing you the way he lost his ex?
In short: If you feel he's mistreated you, tell him so, & why you feel this way. If he loves you enough, he'll take care of his feelings. Clear your doubts with him. Unless you're certain he harbours feelings for his ex, otherwise take your relationship as your own & let both of you grow & sort things out naturally.
