Finding good private counsellor who deals with gender issues

Okay umm, abit of background information. I'm 15, and I feel like I'm a girl whos born into a guy's body instead, and therefore I wish to find someone who can help me transition into a girl.
My parents are fine and supportive over all that but well, they don't want me to go to someone working for the government, as they don't want me to have a record, so umm, I'm just wondering if any of your could recommand a good private counsellor who deals with all these issues? -

Prescribe what? Homosexuality is a mental condition. It is a state whereby you are unsure of your sexual orientation. The psychiatrists have a strict ethical code. Even if they are hired by the Government. They will keep information strictly confidential.
Please be prepared, Counsellors and Psychiatrists will MOST probably try to 'steer' you away, and not transition. -
