Which route to take after ORD?

I have a diploma in accountancy at sp..now i in ns and will be ording next yr.. I dun intend to study for a higher level edu for the moment.. I thinking of approaching employment agencies to help me find jobs because it's always bigger companies seek them for recruitment.. Or should i find a job by other means like job street or news ad? Which is better? Any senior accountancy grads here?

Open your thoughts to all available means, which may bring you even more reapings and networking.
Don't restrict yourself, let free and choose your path from there. -
Find job agency help u find, use JobsDB find and find thru straits times(saturday or wednesday) recruit section.....dun worry ur not alone i also still finding sianz... ord for 4 to 5 months liao still trying to secure a contract/perm job.

Well I am also grad from sp,studying accountancy ,i went to work for about a year and realise that it harder to get a promotion without getting a degree,hence i am back to Uni life and currently enjoying it.

nw diploma elvel is almost the same as ITE.....so is time to upgrade....

They say the same thing about degree holders, pay similar to diploma. So using your description:
degree pay ~ diploma pay ~ ite cert pay
Is that right? Many tend to focus on the starting pay a person with no working experience. But once that is factored in, degree > diploma > ite cert by significant amounts.
There is value in a diploma, totally unlike what can be held for ite certs.
