As suggested, find a bf who can match up.. Otherwise you might even wanna consider sex buddies if ya have to and ya think it's ok for yourself...?
Do you happens to be bisexual...? Would probably makes life easier if you are...? Chances of you being sexually satisfied by another female over an extensive period in my opinion could be much higher than with another male in a general sense?
