MOE.. STRAIGHT.. sg's education system's going down seriously.. teachers like that omg.. you've got enough evidence and he's even got to the extent of proposing something so blatantly.. report him to MOE.. sheesh all these stuff happening in 2006 and 2007.. sg's becoming morally unsound..

i used to have a classmate who was being harrassed by a guy from another class. Sometimes he even resorted to stalking her..
The whole incident was solved pretty easily just by lodging a police report.
In yr case, they probably will send him a letter to warn him not to go near, or even call her.. if he does despite the warning, he is in deep shyt!
If possible, record down conversations or keep the msges.. I use an N73 + some application to record a conversation.. Works well for blackmail..
Anyway, dont get angry, get even.. Why hasnt yr gf taken action against him? Is there something holding her back from doing so?
Do yr preparations & act fast, this kinda thing is emotionally taxing and if ure hot-headed, u may be at the losing end..
ohyah, u must understand that even with police intervention, it wont be safe for yr gf if he knows where she lives, or where she hangsout.. U cant rule out the possiblity that hes totally deranged, so do spend more time with her after uve filed a report..

nahs.. wont work.. my girlfriend used to be harassed by some china guy.. that china guy even resorted to beating me and my friends up using his gang.. and we're in different schools.. my friends help me defend my girlfriend at her school.. they show hostility and demanded a fight after school.. they even came to my school and wait for me at the bus stop.. they stalked me to my house (i walk home from school, just a road away) and luckily i live in a condo and the security guards saved me.. just seek higher authorities.. if they're from china, they'll be sent back..
