Problem at workplace

Currently i'm facing some problem at my workplace, a restaurant. At first i tot that my boss had terminated my ex manager, and everything should be ok with a new manager,but things doesn't turn out well. My new manager tends to push all the responsibilities. If he's on the wrong, he wouldn't admit but just push the blame to my colleagues. When boss around, he tends to be hardworking, but when boss not around, he will keep smoking and talk on the phone. When busy, he will definitely sent wrong food to wrong table without fail. When my part timer need help from him, he just "run" away from them, so my part timer have no choice but to turn to me. There're time whereby he sent in order late, so food definitely served late, but he just blame the kitchen for slow cooking, this and that. If you were in my situation, what will you do? I need some advise from you. Thanks.

I'm working full time there...i'm not the only one who is unhappy with him...even my chef and part timer not happy with him...for my manager is, his words is louder than action...only know how to talk but dunno how to do...

Next time call your big boss to station nearby or install a CCTV to catch your manager in action.

Now CNY, i'm on additional 2 days leave...so will only be back to work on wed...( my boss actually gimme the green light to go on leave for CNY )...but to me, my mgr will take things for granted...so if i'm not around, when i'm back to work...i'll have a plight of work to do...cos he'll leave the things there till i go back to work...and he'll give reason that he don have the time to do it, etc...have time to smoke, chat on handphone, eat snake but no time to do "important" things...

my workplace also like that 1... changed quite afew manager liao..every 1 got diff problem...

nah i dont care..since its only a part time job...when i come to work..i dont talk to him or even care (A)..(becos beside him ..still got 1 manager (B)whom is better n also tahan-ing him..n hes the 1 who give us our pay) so i no need care (A)..
just go there rot n do my job time reach..go home...time comes..collect money.
if he push the blames to me..i just tell him off..or walk away..becos (B) will understand...
if he take wrong order...or food come slow..blame me..ill tell him food u ask the kitchen..wrong order not i take dont ask me (if i take 1 i lan lan lor ) -

Depends a lot on how your relationship with other colleagues is, particularly those below you. If you can get those colleagues below you to support you, you may have the clout to bring up the proble to the higher management. But of course, you wanna do this, you must oso be prepared for the worst - like kena sacked......... for being trouble maker!
But if you dun wanna play hero, then just quit your job and join a rival restaurant lor........ -

Just do your job and don't worry about other people can? If it is his fault and he blames you, then when the boss ask, just tell the boss the truth. Its like that one lah, just mind your own business.. in my work place, i tag team with my manager. anything tht goes wrong we'll pass msg till someone else announce it.. it always work. AND if you watch "Just follow law" you'll get what i mean on the part where they seek approval for hanging of posters on mrt tracks.

Btw, how long have ya been working there...?
If not too long, I'll advise you to observe the situation for a while 1st before making any haste moves... Sekali that manager is blood-related to your boss one...?
