Am I thinking too much or being over sensitive?

  Ever since I knew her, I discovered that I have been more moody, consuming more beer than usual and have been imagining things.......
  
  tell myself,
  
  be a gentleman,
  
  think and behave as a gentleman
  
  but i am still think ungentlemanly
  
  i will feel jealous sometime
  
  and i will be worrying too much sometime
  
  i dun wan to but my mind keeps forcing me to do so
  
  when i saw her with him i often eats vinegar although i try to tell myself not to eat vinegar but still i behaves gentlemenly..... he is a commando in NS while i am only a non combat bloody comms spec
  
  and when i heard that some gals do hide their relationship status i worry again ----- what if she hides her realtionship status also? will i be self-pwned?
  
  all these things hv been bothering me in my mind
