Job market for econs degree holder

  Will like to ask some of e jobs that econs degree holder from nus/ntu/smu can hope to find.

  alot bah...some are credit analyst for DBS
  bank backroom officer
  
  MAS also have alot of NTU ,NUS graduate
  
  the Life more challenging if u are in Banking sector

  wanna be an entrepreneur too lehx, but i guess can go outside work a bit, learn e ropes and start a biz too.

  Banks are the best option. Although it's rare to have a job pertaining to being an economist but banks still have such job openings, though small.
  
  Mostly econs grads who work in banks go into roles not related to economics but because of their econs background, it helps and adds variety to a banks staff type, rather than the usual Finance grad.

  I hate econs and i wonder why micro econs is compulsory for an accounting degree.

  holy sh!t haha...oh well i'm already doing the course so that's too late.. hope to get good career prospects when i graduate.. haha...
  
  all 3 unis offer econs as a degree programme... wonder if there will be a glut in econs degree holder in the near future..
  
  come to think of it i'm studying econs and yet i don't forsee that.. haha..

  I thought I love econs .... but then I realized that at the end of the day, after three years of study, I don't know anything about econs ....
  
  so .......... I became a software developer instead .......
  
  TS: if you have a good honours for your econs, try and take the UN exams (nearest place would be bangkok) ....
  
  you can become a con(man)sultant for the UN ..... good money, lots of travel ops ... one of my friends took it up ...
