How to stop someone from snoring when sleeping?

snoring can be a medical problem.
Permanent fix... see a doctor, go under the surgical knife.
Temp fix... dont sleep with him, put ear plugs when sleeping. -

do the tennis ball at the back of the pyjamas thingy. let him lay on his side. You might want to consider a higher pillow or a body pillow for him instead of a normal pillow.
And restrict his alcohol intake.
another alternative is to try the nose stick on patches thing.
it sort of presses on acupuncture pressure points. -

first you got to know why people snore..
what i know is,
when you snore, is because your sleeping position or you are too tired..
so try to make him more comfortable, or sleep in another room lor..

the spray thing doesnt work according to my snoring friend Instead, he bought an electric device which works as he crashed in my chalet recently.Slept soundly
He bought "Snore Stopper" from the net.The device is worn like a wristwatch - there is a stretchy wristband, that you adjust using velcro fasteners. It has a box-thingy in which is a bit of circuitry, a battery, and an on-off switch. The box-thingy is like a wristwatch, but larger. It's like wearing a watch, but a bit bulkier due to the size of the thing.
You put it on every night before going to sleep, turn it on, and the idea is that the circuitry looks for the signal indicating that you're snoring. Once the gizmo thinks you're snoring, it sends a little electric shock to your arm, and the electric shock is supposed to wake you up, interrupting the snoring, and over time it is supposed to retrain your brain so you don't snore.

Try rolling him to lay on one side rather than face up flat-on-his-back. This may help to reduce his snoring though I doubt it totally cuts out snoring.
Surgery is prolly the only way to cure snoring........ -

erm actually just use a pillow and put it over his head. as in not trying to asphyxiate him but just let the pillow rest over his head.

so can buy those "memory pillow " from space-NASA material to sleep on so that air way wont be block as much -
