last night felt a bit better, i guess i don't feel hot anymore, i guess no more fever, except the worse is i cough so so many phelgm and runny nose, the phelgm make me cant breathe or talk, it is so bad. then i am still having headache until today, it started on tuesday and today thursday, but fever went down already, i don't feel feverish but i feel so sweaty feeling like very hot make me sweat too. and my muscle felt pain a bit. is it a good sign that i am recovering?but this morning when i wake up i feel so terribly googgy, dizzy, i took my Pseudoephedrine and Chlorpheniramine medication last night, could that cos me dizzy, giddy, drowsy? i feel out of space now. so drowsy and blank

just wandering is my temperature 38.0 ok? i am not sure. or am i still stick and fever, i don't feel much fever except heavy head and runny nose, cough phelgm and sleepy tired dizzy head full body aching. sore throat a bit ok.i hate the headache part.

doctor diangosed me as
haryngitis and fever, dont know what that mean and what is that. still having headahce and body ache. the rest ok. -
whole day quite ok, like no fever, suddenly sleeping at night, hard to breathe becos nose block, feel like runny nose alot in nose, hard to breathe, but when try to blow not even a single come out, so sickneing, spol my sleep also feel a bit feverish. hate this. whole day quite ok no fever and feel ok, now only felt nose block by so many nose runny but nothing at all, card breathe.

I think its muscle flu... Coz i kana something similar to ur descriptions. No energy, sleppy, muscle pains.. for 1 freaking week i was unable to do anything.. Feel hot outside but i am shivering and cant withstand abit of coldness. Giddy, vomitting, etc.. flu all nite.. like running tap...After i ok, my bf kana the same exact signs, i look after him when i was ok..
Was a super experience.. tot i going to die or wat... so sick u know... -
but mine got bad sorethroat so red and infected, actually last night got fever at 1am then runny nose bad but can't let go it stuck inside until i can't breathe. this morning felt not bad, ok no fever except keep coughing, so itchy leg i go see doctor, and the doctor say must inject due to my chesty cough i say no need no fever he say no my cough sound chesty, must.i am so scared of injection, so scared, so got to do, after the inejction as i am getting down from the couch, i felt sudden dizzy, giddy and light headed unsteady, unstable, don't know why, it lasted a 3 mins, until i get myself together, it is so scared. i don't know why, after that all the after noon tdy i felt lightheaded, headache and unsteady don't know why. according to nurse it could be due to i am not eating food before the inejction, i thought i had my last breakfast at 9am then i went to injection at 12.30pm between 9 to 12.30 pm i didn't eat anything, dont' know real or not, due to not eating food and having inejction, so she rush me to eat, at 4pm, now after eating i not too giddy but still unstable and having headahce(like a band clipping at my head and forehead) and i felt like to anxious and want to faint what. so regret if i know i just leave it.

pseudoephedrine is decongestant.
Both drugs can cause drowsiness.
Are those drugs prescribed by your doctor ?
Please do not any how take medications ok.
You can ask for non-drowsy medications from your doctor. -

have some rest and let the med do its work.
Med and rest works well together if you allows them to work.
Trust your doc and yourself.
Do it for the children, rest well. -

do all of u feel hot , very hot weather, esp tonight, there seem to have no wind or breeze or air at all, i open up all my windows but can't feel any air or wind. i am sweating terribly, am i sick or what, is it hot outside there, so warm, i am sweating until my cloths all got wet. what is wrong to the world, or am i sick.
i am feeling a bit better, i watch a comedy show last night and laugh all the way, i slept at 2am and wake up at 10am this morning, wow i felt fresh, better no dizzy feeling, i stop taking that medication, nevermind if i got cough or cold or runny nose, i just don't want to touch it anymore. on saturday wow terribly i can't even walk, from Friday i can't walk, focus i felt so dizzzy, light headed and headache terrible. today (sun) felt ok, fine, no dizzy, i slept again at 2pm today and now i can't sleep anymore, i don't feel sleepy at all, gosh i am working tomorrow but my eyes now can't even sleep, i am in trouble, hope that dizzy spell won't come to me tomorrow. i hate dizzy, headache and light headed, i felt so unfocus and lost. now my head a bit light, don't know why, yesterday i felt a band helmet on my head, today ok.
i just hope i will be fine tomorrow. please i keep drinking water, my problem is lack of sleep tomorrow i must be up by 6am.
