One time only, won't get cancer right?[/b][/quote]
Cancer come in two forms, one is genetic, cannot be blame, the other is our lifestyle, the way we eat and drink, take care of ourselves and our stress control.
The later will only occur if we keep practicing the same unhealthy lifestyle and refuse to change, the like of late nite sleep, exposing to sun too often, eating junk foods, drinking and smoking..etc etc. In long term, somewhere and something is going to give way, and that will be an organ or a system failure in your system that cannot be reverse, then cancer is born.
Sunlight can also cause eyes cancer, cataract, partial blindness and discomfort. The like of caucasian peoples with blue eyes is nice to look at, but actually these kind of eyes is the least protected, they do not have the pigment such as our asiatic brown and black eye pigment to protect their eyes, that is why they use to wear sunglasses or squint their eyes in hot sunlight. Same goes to their skin.
