anyone here got dry eye, what can i do, sometimes i feel pain, gritty, sandy in my eye, todzy i feel blur blury. anyone got this symptom, i panic now.

I have dry eyes. At first, one eye was just watery. I thought didn't get enough sleep or what. But there was one time, both of my eyes became watery and a bit swollen. I use eye drops for dry eyes once in a while now.
i used to have sandy like sand in my eyes feeling, then have want to close feeling, eye pain, so gritty, sharp pain after i put dry eye drop it is better, always like that. i am so used to it.
i don't know what happen today, suddenly if eel my eye blur, like cant' focus sharp, a bit blury, while i am in shopping cplx just now, quite cold place too. beside that, i am so sleepy today the whole day, i slept last night at 3am can't sleep al lnight, got bad dream and brain tired, wake up at 7am very early then can't sleep back, mnorning my eye like gummy, ;after that ok, except eye sleepy feeling and a bit tired, like when and all around me feel so blury, and can't focus well. when i shopping today, suddnely i want to focus on far thing suddenly i just feel blur, can't see well and cannot take it the more i stare the more my eye feel blury. that is dry eye right and tired eye, could it be my eye too tired, beside that i am always in front of computer, and office cold air cond, and why other ppl ok, why me, alot of problem?
now my eyes feel tired, heavy and a bit blury, feeling. hate this, anybody ever like this?
could it be cos by me eating ginger porridge just now, i ate alot of ginger in it. and forgot to drink water. body feel heaty now. why
how come this must see doctor, so scary, is it so dangerous, i am scared/ my eyes so tired now.blink also not mucjh tears
Staring at the computer screen for long hours can cause dry eyes too. Maybe can apply eye drops or see a doctor?
