  doc say i got lower abdominal infection, what is that, i thought is ibs, but doc say no. now @home i am wandering is it Pelvic inflammatory D(don't knw wat). any clues> i 've this lower abdominal pain since last year check they say fibroid, cyst, and then latest they say no fibroid, it is just hormone. i am so stress thinking of this, what is it actually. n only this month the pain is morfe, like i 've it more often, it is like pressing pain @my lower abd. and it last a while, i got to put hot pad than the pain goes away, bf i 've this pain before menses, but now seem after menses also pain. the pain sometimes goes to my lower backache, and leg pain also. it happen 10mins pain, after i apply hot pad it goes away. wnadering anybody know abt this. but when idid ultrasound the result show uterus clear.

  chronic pain. go for a MRI or xray would be good. but the cost will be high too.

  could be tumour on your spine which contributes to the pressure you are feeling now.

  Different doctor got different opinions because of their specialized field. Which type of doctor you went to visit?
  
  And opinions varies from each specialization to each specialization like Gynacologist to osteologist maybe give different opinion.

  If you have more doubts, you should call up your doc and ask.
  
  Since the doc says there is infection, you need to take some medication.
  Most likely prescribed anti-biotics to treat the infection before it gets worst.
  
  If you need to go see another type of doc, you can get a referal or something.
  Most likely you will get an X-ray to see the extent of your infection.
  
  Don't sit and wait for something to happen.

  i suggest u go search bout this thing online cuz some doctors are unbelieveable now.. its the best to check online bout all symptoms u have or seek specialist

  PID or pelvic inflammatory disease or disorder..
  
  generic term for infection of uterus, fallopian tubes or somewhere near the pelvic region
  
  treated with anti-biotics.. depending on type could be long or short term treatment.. usually clears right up..

  Abdominal infection means what it is lor - an infection of your abdomen - probably some organ located in your abdominal region like intestines?
  
  Anyways, bacterial infection is nothing which a course of antibiotics cannot handle,isn't it?
  
  Dun you worry at all. Take your medication as prescribed faithfully, drink lots of water and rest. You'll be back in top form in no time!

  personally I think you should go to Gynacologist.
  
  case closed until further check with specialist
