    • in life we have 3 core components external of our internal well being

      external components include

      i) work
      ii) family
      iii) social

      all of which is causing me alot alot alot of pain.

      if only tears could describe it...

      unfortunately, language has its limitations, and the pain

      have completely paralyzed any emotions that's remaining within me

      our internal well being consists of

      i) mental
      ii) emotional
      iii) spiritual

      all of which is suffering due to external causes

      tensions in relations. caught in between conflicts between parents. stereotypes, assumptions, misunderstanding from colleagues, politics. no real friends, constantly moving geographically, hence the inability to appropriately plant myself. confused culturally, disdain towards materialism

      caught in between reality and ideals, and loneliness, and abuses

      van gogh can yet express such intense pain even through his turbulent paintings... or am i wrong?

      shakesphere's conflict between himself and society

      i am a beaten man, ready to fall anytime

      will someone acknowledge my existence in this foreign world

      that we feel lonely in such a crowded place?

      passing by?

      everything becomes more comfortable once you've gotten your own approval.

    • Dying on the inside. Everyday, one play the role of the tragic clown. Smiling on the outside, but crying on the inside. Not all scars show, not all wounds heal Sometimes you can’t always see the pain someone feels.

    • Maybe you didn't realised.
      Maybe you didn't saw...

      You might think you are alone...
      Just to tell you that, you are not alone.

      Number of people have cross such path. The path that is so painful that it's hard to cross... You might thing nothing goes well... Not a single thing went well... Everything went wrong...

      Cheer up!
      Nothing went wrong actually! It's Normal!
      It's normal for people who came across such situation. Like myself also too...
      I believe many out there in this forum also...

      It's just, how you walk this path.
      Grumble to yourself all the time? Or find a solution to it.
      Live life happily, if not it would be meaningless... Wink

      Again, you are not alone Wink

      As most of them also felt the same thing before... And they also know how painful it can be...

    • deep , and if that is how u describe yourself , maybe u shoud go to church.

      Or climb the stairs of hell itself... out of the hole and look at the light at the end of the tunnel.

      On the move , experiencing new things , new opportunities and new people. U gotta break.

      U have to know that u are not alone in this god forsaken place.

    • hey, given the fact that you have so much problems, could the reason be you yourself? I'm not fault finding but usually before I look outwards for reasons on my problems, I first look within myself, before I look outwards. Sometimes it's me not doing a good job. But of course sometimes it's really beyond our control.

      But let's just say, everyone have ups and downs. When I was down that time, I closed my eyes, with tears, cycling against traffic in the expressway, I fell down but never genna accident. Genna honk until siaoz... But now my life is totally amazing... My parents dun dare to be mean to me anymore, because they know they need me to take care of them. I am not worried about social life because I have learnt to be more open and outgoing and friendlier, last time I always cage myself. I also have not much financial worries, because I'm not a materialistic guy and living simply makes me very happy.

      I don't know what your actual problems are, so I can't say much of it, but I believe time helps to change things, and I believe, eventually, once you get pass these down stages, you'll get to the happier times, and that's when you will appreciate whatever happened.

      At that moment of my craziness, which I could have knocked down by any car, when I think back, I learnt some very good lessons and I never forget them because it's so emotional. Because of these lessons, I have mastered to be very happy and appreciate life. Sometimes, from the bad things, you will get good things, but because you're so focus on the bad things, you are unable to see the good things that is happening around you. Life is just a game, enjoy it.

    • I Think I Can

      If you think you are beaten you are;
      If you think you dare not, you don't;
      If you want to win but think you can't;
      It's almost a cinch you won't.

      If you think you'll lose you're lost;
      For out of the world we find
      Success begins with a fellow's will;
      It's all in a state of mind.

      Life's battles don't always go
      To the stronger and faster man,
      But sooner or later the man who wins
      Is the man who thinks he can.

    • i thought it was physical, mental and social... but all the same
      pain is temporary, tattoos are permanent (useful bit of advice Wink)

      everybody's different so don't judge yourself or your life by what you think is normal... if you just let yourself live without judgement you might find it's a bit easier. pain is inevitable, what makes you is how you deal with it.

      there is no right or wrong classification in physical mental social as we usually put it

      its more like BioPsychoSocial + Spiritual

      but TS breaks it down differently i guess in the sense of more immideate to less immediate, from internal to external

      but the point is the same

      i think its important to just let ppl express themselves ba. sometimes ppl dun need feedbacks, they just need affirmation, that they arent alone.

      after all we have a mind, and we can think
