  Last time drank Starbucks's Fruppocino , i 4am then can sleep.
  
  But if each night you cant sleep , smth might be troubling you . But if theres nothing on your mind , maybe its just insomnia .

  drink coffee, if try hard, still can sleep.
  if drink ginseng, or pow-seng, 100% don't need to sleep for that whole night.
  if drink liquidfied cialias, levitra and viagram, confirm 3 days don't need sleep.
