actually, a psych prof of mine said so herself too. haha. but there are pros also. because they know how it is like to be in therapy, they know how it's like to be screwed up etc....

but they are properly trained to put their own biases/issues aside when dealing with their clients.

cannot anyhow consider. these are professions which require a lot of training etc.

are you actually qualified or not?

just becos u always help people does not mean that u can automatically qualify to become a doctor-figure.

That is true, because as psycharists, they tend to study their love partners in a way that most of these lovers find it damn strange to get along with them, they seem to lecturing about human behaviors, criticise their partner behavior even at dating. It is hard to get along with them, so most of them remain single.

      Arrow A professional love/relationship 'doctor'?

So may I kindly know how do they actually accredit this 'profession'?

Also, how much are you willing to pay for such 'consultation?'

Because I will gladly accept this payment, merely keep a dollar for myself (serving as an token exchange to ensure there's no spiritual debts) and donate all the rest to charity. Idea

      ***

Arrow I think it's kinda ridiculous if people are coming forth to commercialise and profit from something so natural - you know... claiming that they are professional love consultant and charge private consultation fee? Also interesting, why would you want to pay for such 'services'? What sort of consultation are you seeking or have in mind?

If you are thinking that you could learn about love by having to PAY cash, like how you would do it in school - I think it's very sad? Use that money to buy useful books to read or attend enlightening seminar if you think it's beneficial, but I cannot agree to paying someone who claims to be a love consultant - since there's no way to accredit such profession and most are probably self claimed. Idea

      Cheers
