Ok peeps, i try to put it as simply as i can.
I'm trying hard to forget my ex. we broke up april this year.
People have been telling me, the only way u can forget her, is to find a new girl, be happie with her, and hopefully, forget the ex.
My situation now is, i got close to a gal recently, lets call her A.
Everything seems happier and livelier when im with her.
We are pretty close right now, and it seems tad she'd make a great girlfren.
But my dilemma is that, i cant seem to forget my ex.
And the feel of being together with "A" juz doesnt feel right, cos im afraid tad i i'll not love her as much as i love my ex.
So the question is. . .
Should i give this new relationship a try, and go steaady with her. .
OR
should i juz wait till my mind finally wakes up from thinkin of my ex, but risk losing "A"?

well, one thing u have to make sure is, that you're not taking her for a substitution
i'd say, give yourself some time to free yourself from the past relationship, make sure u aren't taking A as a stepping stone to mending ur heartbreak -
u will never know if you love her until both are in a r/s. at present, its merely an attraction/infactuation.
but to be fair, u need to forget the past to move on...or u'll suffer later becoz of too many emotional baggage so much so u'll tend to compare her with ur ex which is unfair.

But hor, one thing is to move on is as difficult or maybe more difficult than asking u to quit smoking... Relationship is not one sided which means tat problems have to be shared between both of parties. If u like A, try to let A understand yr situation n see if solutions can come out from both of u. Risking losing A means that u r giving A a choice... And that is actually, reducing yr guilt... So y not ??? Dont shoulder all the problems by yrself... U r not godlike... ispyyy --->

As long as you are not focused and working on having a r/s with A, you are not going to be able to forget your ex. It is really not fair to A and not practical for you as the past is already HISTORY so do not even try and conjure up the thought or may I call it pure fantasy of a comeback from your ex.
Be fair and I believe you will be happy.

so i assume to curb with your loneliness issue you decided to get along with "A". she might be a fling, she might be someone you love. this is still undecided. you can't get over your ex simply because there are too many past memories that you're still clinging on to.
you mentioned you loved her. ok. so would you rather her get hurt only to realise that you can't get over your ex eventually or maybe you don't really love her? or would you rather have the risk of losing her while clearing up your thoughts. tell me what is love now

Every relationship you experience will be a new one.
So do yourself a favor and stop comparing your ex and A.
If you are happier with A, then something must be right.
The chemistry is working.
It is normal for people to feel some sort of guilt when moving on after a breakup.
As long as you don't let your past relationship ruin/hinder your new one, you really have nothing to worry about.
Your past will eventually be the PAST, please DO NOT revisit it again.
Let it be in your memory and stay there.
I think you will regret it if you let A leave. You WILL regret it.

now she left me, i'm left with nothing... hiaz... never thought that this thing would happen on me... but... watever... dude, you must treasure what you have now than rather what you had in the past... before you regret anything...
