  Hi, i'm a new member here... But, there's a question that bugs me...I'm feeling so pai-seh , but i die-die also gt to ask u guys....
  
  When replying on the particular topic, WHY new members MUST wait abt 5 mins to post during the first 20 posts??

  I think the more agonising thing is one has to wait for 30 seconds before one can edit one's own post. So when I spot a careless spelling mistake or a grammer mistake, or just a mistake with the sentence structure, I'll have to wait for 30 seconds before I can change it, during which others could have already seen my stupid mistake.

  Most definitely to prevent spammers. Takes some effort to reach 20 posts.
