Hi all, recently got to know that my friend has been in debts due to her ex bf who had cheated and left her a few days ago. Really need some advice so as to help her.
1)Without driving license and earning 900+/mth, she's able to buy a honda stream early this jan. Monthly instal $1k. (Car has since been towed and auctioned). Is it possible for her 2 get a car in her case? The finance company has been pestering her.
2)Her ex bf used her identity card to borrow money from loansharks, what can she do?
She has been in the relationship for 2 years and is just too blind and stupid, everything that the bf she'll just follow, it's too late for her 2 regret as the bf is nowhere to be found. -
1st, I think you should ask her to sell of the Stream ..
2nd, Bad debt, unless u ask Police lor .. -

2) Make a police report. Say her ID was stolen and now being harassed by loansharks. -
Loansharks = illegal money lending. Get the Police involved for protection.

Sell the car,i dont get any idea why no driving lic need the car for...
and, in case of loan sharks is involved. dont think you can be hero or something.
report to police and let them handle. They may even caught the bf and bring him to jail. Taking people IC and borrowing money from loan shark is not joking matter btw... its a fcking serious case...
if the story is verified, i believe police wont hand soft on this matter too

Honda Stream auctioned off doesnt mean can cover the cost of the car...still need to repay the loan.

With repayment for the 1st loan...own motorbike also difficult...

How in the world could someone earn $900 with no licence - still dumb enough to buy a honda stream which need to pay $1k per month.
She is totally screwed !!! - the car is auction off, as 2nd car the value already have a huge drop !!! which is not enough to cover the car cost and interest. Thus she is royal screwed !!! No + still have to pay a huge sum of money.
The only help you do for her is to find a damn good brain doctor for her !!! She need major surgery + possible a new brain - that can thing - maybe you donate yours to her.

As stupid as you think she is, you're just as stupid to get involved. People will have the same reaction to listening to your reasons as you had when you listened to her excuses for why she did what she did with her ex-boyfriend. They will think you are stupid and blind.
Getting involved in blind, stupid people's live will ruin your own. Get her parents involved and responsible, that's the smart thing to do. Then stay out of it. Don't make the same mistake she made of getting involved in a blind and stupid person's life (her boyfriend).
