Need help on wooing a girl...

hi,i currently 16~O lvl this year .
i know it is not good to start a relationship where O lvl is juz 2XX days away but i liked that girl since sec 3(15 year old).
she is my close friend,sometimes i would send her home and call her late at night for a chat before sleeping.sometimes we even pinch each other and 'hit' (not so hard )on each other...
i need some help,how do i approach her and tell her i like her since sec 3? -

plan for the valentine's day date..
planning for dinner, come on man..
make it memorable..
don't have to be very extravagant..
busy is just an excuse..
even the busiest people in the world have time for dinners, events..
ask her first..
so at least if she's not game for it..
then get her some gifts or what..
at least the thought counts..
writing a love letter/card might be outdated..
but to me, it's not..
at least better then sending emails and sms saying how much you like her and stuff..
a self written card, hand made gifts would be good..

Have u hint her that u like her before? close friend,send her home and late nite chat plus pinching each other still cannot prove u got a high chances of winning her over. I used to do that with my secondary school mate and we just closed friends only..... -

When a gal likes a guy, she will NEVER NEVER become good friend with that guy. Well as per what u have said, forget it and go study first.

more obvious hint is, just ask her out. -
i suggest you focus on yr studies better. o level don't seem major i tell you, u will cry if you don't work hard. girl, can always chase after o levels wad. no big deal. chase after o level more shuang oso. more freedom to go out and havoc. think abt it man.
