I'm going to try to cut it short here. I got to know this girl in M.O.S. some time ago. She's not those desperate girls going clubbing to look for potential partners. She goes there with her female friends and have fun, that's all.
She is a very very nice person and I guess that's what made me fall for her soon. I decided to confess my feelings for her. Well, results was what I expected actually. She said she already has someone she likes. But the 'someone' that she likes treats her very badly and yet she has tried every way possible to hint to the guy that she likes him. But he's not getting it.
I wouldn't say I was rejected, because all I did was confess my feelings for her but I didn't ask for her to be my girlfriend. But nonetheless, I got to start thinking what am I supposed to do now? Any suggestions?
P.S.: And something odd though. After I confessed to her, she couldn't stop saying I'm a very nice guy. As in, she will occasionally and out of the blue say this to me. And she seemed even more caring AFTER my confession. Guilty conscience?

Move on. Focus your energy elsewhere. Women are strange creatures, they want what they cannot have. You made it clear that she could have you, so she does not want you now. Ignore her and move on. It is a sad truth, but it is often wise to play it cool for a while even if you are madly in love. There are some women that only go out with guys that treat them like $hit. Sad, but true. Sad for them, and sad for the good guys that would happily treat them like queens.

How come a lot of sg guy very kan cheong to confess love to the gal they like so quickly one???
Spoil the fun le.. Meet a gal at pub, u expect her to be a very guai guai gal? Have fun with courtship and don't confess. Use yr action more than words(not ask u go poke her). Play around with words and dating. Just let her enjoy the sweetness of courtship. In her mind, she will be quite obvious of her feeling but don't confess.
Cos nothing is 100% comfirm unless confessed from yr verbal answer! Use yr action and dating to entice them to seek answer from u instead of u seeking an answer from them.

These may be one of the reasons:
1) she doesn't want to lose u as a substitute in case the guy she likes really reject her one day.
2) she only treat u as a normal friend and doesn't wish to let u think that u are not good enough for her, so she kept praising u.
So, either way, she doesn't like u. Move on dude, unless u are willing to wait for her.
