but can only remove up to 1 lt per ops.
So must go two times.

everyday jog eat less sure can slim down de. i jus slim down from 72 - 65kg in 2weeks time. although is realli torturing on cant eat tis n tat need determintaion to control. i think de money can b well spend on other ting

i think alot of ppl gain weight cuz they start wearing baggy clothes, that is deceving yourself. start by wearing clothes that reveal ur undesired fleshy parts at home, it will automatically remind yourself. do leg lifts everyday. it tones ur thighs and butt.
