From what I know, whatever it is they want, us guys arent supposed to give it directly wholesale to them.. What we should do is keep them guessing until we finally feel like giving it..
Contrary to popular local belief, being an ultra submissive guy is actually a big turnoff to alot of girls. It may be so in movies and such, but in real life its a different story.

As in, guys should stop being so wussy by supplicating their gals with gifts, flowers, poems (lol) and top it all off with a confessions of their feelings and hoping girls will return the favour.. Like, what has she ever done for you to deserve all that?
This, my frens, is the hallmark of needy and clingy behaviour that plagues nice guys all over our sunny little island..
What do girls want to see in a guy?
1) Leadership
2) Provider of safety
3) Confidence
4) A decent sense of humour
5) Being challenging..
Being a wussy boy went out of style like last millenium dudes, time to man up..

thanks God..not all S'porean has the same narrow minded thinking like u...FYI..all these moves / gestures are not defined as wussy..those are actions to show the gals that they meant alot to the guys for them to make the efforts..
And, lots of gals do reciprocate to the guys' efforts too..
Perhaps, unluckily for you, none of the gals are willing to do that for you & hence, you have the impression that "Like, what has she ever done for you to deserve all that?"
Btw, not everyone expects actions of repayment when they do something for their GFs / wives..

You know what, perhaps you're right, gals do reciprocate the guys efforts.. But after that, i bet you that the guys will keep doing it so as to expect the same reciprocation. Which i strongly believe is the wrong way to go. A relationship should have challenge and mystery so as to keep it going.
Btw, i hope you guys dont get the wrong idea since i did phrase my reply abit too sweepingly earlier, but im speaking on behalf of guys who have tried to be overly "romantic" to their gals only to wonder why did she leave him for another guy in the end. The stereotypical nice guys.
As for those who have nice and great realationships going, well congratulations! It really takes alot to mantain one, that much i've experienced.

isn't it the same for both sides? once you're to submissive you start being taken for granted. girl start looking for stronger mate, guys for new challenges.

teenage chio bus are always in for sex, money, handsome boyfriend(they are stupid). nowadays girls are becoming "hongsters"... they just want to have a handsome/gangster boyfriend. very common, if u open ur eyes. sure can see those indecent girls with those handsome/gangster boyfriends in bugis blah blah. mature women/girls will go by feelings. so.... mature=receive love from the guy. teenage chio bus=SEX, money blah blah from guys.
