What time is your peak hours? Boon Lay Way is commonly used for Jurong East services to slbp, while the Boon Lay Way extension is used by both Jurong East and Boon Lay services to slbp.

Well, this will be case by case basis
1) The bus is confirmed perm when the duty roster in the interchange states so. Normally this will be confirmed immediately once posted
2) A bus is cameoing for continuous days on a service non stop. Normally we would observe it for a period of time (which diff people have diff standards; mine is 1 month, but we double check until 3 months) and if it still stays on, it will be a perm.
