For 52 130 162 410:
Qing Ming Festival
This bus service will be diverted if Sin Ming Avenue is congested with heavy traffic
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused
Eventually all Sin Ming Ave westbound services were diverted via AMK Ave 1. 410W first went back to original route at 1pm but 52 and 162M were still on diverted route...

Send the video via your phone browser to this address :
Is the service free of charge or very costly?

Sending the video is free, but the internet charges (if your SIM card allows you to go to the internet) is very expensive.
Best not, my mum later nag at me how come this month's subscription fee so expensive whatsoever. Thank you anyway.
My BC flipped the deskto mid journey and dropped off passengers back to interchange. How often does that happen?

i recommend either of these
1. Get a WIFI phone, upload in a hotspot
2. Upload to computer first by USB cable, den go online

Also realised that the last digit of the code would be either 1 or 9, and for opposite roads, they would be opposite. Means if here is 91081, opposite is 91089. (cant confirm, mostly)
Second/third digit will determine the area even more distinctively.

Maybe +1 I just noticed..

17 usually for Clementi. 13 is simply an assigned bus stop number. the last digit is, indeed, either 1 or 9, but variations (1/2/3 or 7/8/9) occur when there are staggered bus stops.
There are a few exceptions to the rule, but ending with 7/8/9 are usually city inbound and ending with 1/2/3 are usually city outbound.
One exception is Bishan Road.
