  available in September of this year. It's 30% lighter, however, and 19% slimmer. And they improved the loading to load games faster. But the improvements is in video output: you can hook up video to your TV and display video on a bigscreen.

  if u already own 1, u don't need to waste money buying this.
  
  for those who don't own a PSP and is interested in getting 1, go for the PSP Slim. the current version is kinda heavy. 30% lighter is definately a welcomed feature.

  slimmer is definitely better. for someone like me who doesn’t carry a bag is ideal. i always put my psp, well actually my bro’s, into the back pocket of my jeans whereever i go.
