Mobile Suit Gundam was responsible for 50.9 billion yen in sales (Bandai Namco Group total), just ahead of what was forecast <a href= "http://aeug.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html#941635981575568695" rel="nofollow">back in March</a>, with 18.8 billion yen alone from Toys and Hobby.
