if you use free network like &lt;a href="mailto:wireless@sg" rel=
"nofollow"&gt;wireless@sg&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;or free network of
organisations/institutions, then you can surf for free.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;if not, you will have to use GPRS and it is very expensive, i
ever kena charged $30 for half an hour usage.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
