    • Because they are not put on TVs or Radios. Well most of them.

      Get good Christian testament books.
I mean the really good testament not ones written by narcissistic people.

You'll see God still does his 'homework' even today.

I can tell you mine but I don't think you'll believe me so get those books.

although God is not obliged to do what you tell Him to

    • Miracle: an effect or extraordinary event in the physical world that surpasses all known human or natural powers and is ascribed to a supernatural cause.

If miracles happen ever so often, then it would cease to be extraordinary and be an ordinary occurence. Then it would no longer be a miracle.

      Wise thinking.

I believe there are two ways to look at miracles today.

One is to think nothing is miracles even when you see one or one is happening to your own life(believe me men can always make his own opinions no matter what, no matter how silly or no matter how irrational they are). For example When God gives you prophecy through dream. An atheist would come out with the idea of having a 6th sense i.e, precognition, when God let you feel another person heart(what he's feeling literally), an atheist could m\tell you that it was telepathic occurrence. They can keep telling you these things as if nothing is miracles. The question is how if God gives you another bigger miracles, one that never happened before. Well let me tell you that an Atheist would call you as delusional or crazy. They tell you these when they don't know anything about them(never experienced them)

The other is to think that God is really involve in your life day to day and you see everything as being 'miracles'. You know it's a miracle that our planet achieve the equilibrium that it is today. If we were a little further from the sun the temperature would drop drastically and if we were a little nearer the temperature would increase drastically changing the climate and the planet's environment drastically to either ice age or desert. It is also a miracle that our planet rotates in its axis which just happen to be made possible by the presence of the moon(gravitation) that allows the earth's axis to be stabilized, otherwise this too would change the climate on earth so one day the northern part(or any part) would be in an ice age and the other times it would be in a tropical climate making life miserable. The things that we take for granted that none of us have the power to control, I take them as miracles.

If you know science there's a limit to the question why that it can answers to every questions you pop to this branch of human discipline. So if you keep asking why no scientists would be able to satisfy you. In the end the best thay can answer is that "that's the way it is", "We don't know that YET". So principally our own science and its exploits(technologies) are based on our PARTIAL knowledge on the things we study scientifically. We DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING IN EVERY FIELD OR SUBJECT WE STUDY. We may not need to know everything yet because what we know is already enough to be exploited in the form of technologies that we've created to help with our lives. This actually lies in the realm of philosophy. Philosophy is the father of all science.

So we can actually view everything as miracles indeed. Don't you think yourself and your life is magical? Because there is God you are. You are a miracle that God created and keep. and God is in your heart and thus He's with you always. He's just a silent whisper away.

Everything. Visible or not. Evil or Good. All submit. All His.

For those who wants a more rational discussion, the work of David Hume is recommended. Mr. Green

You cannot impose this worldview on those who do not subscribe to it.

God created free will for His creation.

    • because people are more rational and know how to recognise and analyse an event

rather than attributing it to the God, mountain gods, sea gods whatever
