      They are changing to a new car?

      I saw a MID-plated Chevrolet car at a carpark at Bukit Batok West . Nice car, thou I cant rmb the model, will have a chance to take a picture. Guess they are starting to replace all the old cars.

      white chevrolet optra staff car. quite a new purchase.. replacing the old proton wiras and ford lasers..

      i once saw a chrysler 300c with 1 star going towards changi v. possibly hendon camp. surprisingly stupid of the army to get such a car

      Its by tender....they will invite public tenders with specifications such as "3000cc, xxxx length...etc."

      then whichever company can offer within spec and lowest price gets it.

      The last car which won the bid for 1-star BG / RADM ranks was the Audi A4.

      The 2 and 3-star chiefs get Mercedes E200. I think the CDF's car is an armoured version, not E200, but Exxx although its badged as 200.

      I got a chance to ride in of the the divi comd staff Audi once before with the Div comd PA for admin details...shiok when the vehicle get all the curious looks Laughing
