  Hi .. before ord i am 65KG .. now ord one year already and i am 80 KG .. i hate the RTs and IPPTs now .. Is there any way to downgrade without breaking my arms or legs ..

  how tall r u sqpants so that can justify your height? i m 170cm but 74kg already healthy right?
