or whatsoever you can remember was printed.Shops at the army market does ID tags.. Forgot the price alr.. I mysteriously lost mine in the bunk once. Then over the weekend desperately spin around the army market for a shop that does it.

Actually both tags prints exactly the same, its just one side that has the religion, NRIC and blood group, the other side contains the medical status..
