ID Tag Replacement

      Hi everyone, need some advice.

      I'm reporting for my first ICT next month. However, i cannot find my dog tag. Anyone knows where i can make one outside? 

      Btw, what info is printed on dog tag. Name, IC number and blood group right?

      Nope mine was return to the Chief Clerk when ORDed. Well that's abt 10 yr ago liao.

      When i ORD, no one asked me for my dog tags. I was in service vocation then...

      I'm confused, this is in my call-up:

      "12. Equipments/Items to bring along

      SAF Smart Card, NRIC or driving licenses for in processing.

      No. 4 Uniform, SBO, Helmet, ID Tag(Compulsory), ear plugs, flashlight.

      You're right taru. Sar21 conversion course. 

      But you know what's the best part? I already did my conversion course during my NSF days. I don't understand why they asked me to go again at BCTC. Is there anyway i can appeal?

      U can call your unit clerk and ask them lor.....

      ORD or ROD? One still has 10 years liability leh.

      yes, u should call ur unit clerk at the formation NS HRC to ask...

      On one side:
      -NRIC-
      -Blood Grp-
      -religion-
      (no name printed)

      On the other side:
      Any medical conditions.
      e.g. G6PD
      or whatsoever you can remember was printed.

       

      Shops at the army market does ID tags.. Forgot the price alr.. I mysteriously lost mine in the bunk once. Then over the weekend desperately spin around the army market for a shop that does it.

      It is returned to u by ur chief clerk

      One the tags :

      1 tag :

      -Blood group

      -Religion

      -NRIC no.

      Another tag:

      State ur medical status e.g G6PD

      Thanks for all the tips guys! Will head down to army market to try and get it done.

      It's been so long since i saw my ID tags....also forgot that our names are not engraved on it...

      Actually both tags prints exactly the same, its just one side that has the religion, NRIC and blood group, the other side contains the medical status..
