MLM as a full-time job? replied by Peaceman85 @ Mon, 09 Jun 2008 14:58:54 +0800

MLM, like any other businesses, has no ceiling for income
but no floor as well. You can be earning nothing even if you put in
lots of effort. It's better to hold on to a full time job outside
and do mlm part time and only switch to full time mlm when only you
are able to substain a stable income.

From some of my mlm friends, what they suggest is at least 3
months of stable income (meaning about plus minus 20% of what
you can get from your full time job and enough for
survival) before they will choose to do a full switch. For
those who are more afraid, 6 months may be a better choice. Of
course there are a few ones that continue to hold on to their
full time job because of interest.

But I doubt there will be hardly any who can manage to hit
that type of income...

go attend those free seminars and open up your options of
various ways of earning revenue VS income than decide which one
suits u best.

dun jump into mlm when you know nothing about it.

it took me about 2-3 yrs to fully understand the pros and cons
of mlm at the price of my reputation back then..

consider carefully if u want to jump in..

and be careful of scams these days..

inexperience ppl usually will kana scam without them
knowing..

MLM is thing of the past.. Initially, MLM is the way to go ..
Why? Cos of the new business concept.. Call it the "Store-less
business" . Its by word of the mouth.. Now its no more cos the
market for MLM has saturated and ppl's image of MLM is so called
the Pyramid scam or w/e u called that.. So my PoV .. MLM cannot be
your full time income.. Maybe a lil as part time (Tat is if u can
face numberless of rejections and negative comments)

unlimited days of annual leave, and no need to please an
unreasonable boss!

Moreover, there is no bureaucracy and red tape to worry about,
unlike some large corporations.

You forgot one thing. No fixed pay.

Enriching? Since his wish is to enrich lives and distribute
wealth, why not form a charity? To distribute money to the poor,
elderly and needy.

Hi, I'm a 2nd-year student in NTU doing a writeup on people who
leave their old jobs and turn to MLM as a full-time
thing.

Wonder if anyone out here has such a personal experience? Very
interested to find out your reasons for doing so, and whether this
is becoming more common in Singapore or not. xD

Drop me an email at uberwombat (AT) gmail (dot) com
(without the spaces).

Thank you!
