oh well, seems like nobody is interested in tis thread anymore…anyway, answers to the qns above…

1) robbie fowler scored the fastest hattrick in pool’s history against aston villa.
2) alan smith was the scorer of tat 1st goal which opened the game up.
3) pool won tat charity shield match 1-0 n peter beardsley was the scorer of tat solitary goal..

the answers to the above qns…

1) many may have tot tat it was kenny dalglish who lifted tat trophy but the correct answer is actually joe fagan.
2) ian rush scored a total of 42 FA cup goals, surpassing the previous mark set by dennis law of 41.
3) pool beat sunderland in tat cup final n the scorers were dean saunders n michael thomas.

2) roger hunt leads wif 245 followed by ian rush wif 229
3) it was in 1986…pool onli did the league n FA cup double once in history

if its the FA cup one, liverpool won in 1986

1982, 1983 and 1984 are for League and League Cup doubles.
