All&nbsp;four were supposed to be at Anfield but Parry dragged his heels as usual &amp; we ended up missing out.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Let's not forget the whole debacle of Gerrard's transfer request in 2005. That whole saga arose because instead of getting Gerrrard to sign a new contract straight away after the Champions League final, Parry decided to go on holiday instead. Gerrard felt the club didn't want him &amp; so handed in&nbsp;a transfer request.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I cannot believe there are still some people out there that&nbsp;actually think he is a good CEO, whilst all our rivals have expanded commercially we have stood still, and it shows when it comes to transfer budgets.
